Huan'an Tailong Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2002. The affiliated station--Mianliang Power Station is located in Mianliang village, Huafeng District, Huan'an County on the west brook of Jiulong River. It is riverbed power station with installed capacity of 44000 KW, water head of 12.55m, dam length of 193m, 5 vulvas in width of 20m respectively, total storage of 19,680,000 cubic meters, adjusting storage 2,230,000 cubic meters. It is started in March 2003 in budgetary estimate of 330,000,000 RMB and expected to start generation in June 2005 and completed in March 2006.
